Local: costs and recommened rules.
- Bicycles – Since Chandigarh is a small city, this is one of the best means of travelling and extremely cost effective as a bicycle would cost around Rs.750 to 3000.
- Cycle Rickshaw – Good for short distances
- Auto Rickshaw – for short to Medium distances
- Local Bus – for any distance this is a very affordable means of travelling but during rush hours, buses are over crowded and difficult to travel in
